Bylaw review!

• We are pleased to report that after considerable work both internally and with an outside nonprofit corporate lawyer, we will present to the Board our recommendations for restating the bylaws to modernize and streamline them. With the board's input at the May meeting we hope to settle on a final draft to be voted into effect at the August meeting, allowing them to be vetted legally one last time before the October FY 2011 Rule book goes into effect. The final proposed changes will be posted on the web page to allow for any public comment before the August 7, 2010 Board meeting.
